                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   CHANGE ORDER NO. 2, RELATIVE TO ENGINEERING
                   SERVICES FOR REHABILITATION OF WALNUT STREET
                   BRIDGE, WITH A. G. LICHTENSTEIN &
                   ASSOCIATES, INC., WHICH WILL INCREASE THE
                   ADJUSTED CONTRACT AMOUNT BY ONE HUNDRED
                   FORTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($143,520.00) FOR A REVISED
                   TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED THREE
                   THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($603,751.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 2, relative to engineering services 

       for the rehabilitation of Walnut Street Bridge, with A. G.
       Lichtenstein & Associates, Inc., which will increase the adjusted 

       contract amount of $460,231.00 by $143,520.00 for a revised total 

       contract amount of $603,751.00.
